AI for the wayyou think.

You don't need another AI tool to figure out. NeuroHer AI™ helps neurodivergent women use AI as a thinking and implementation partner, turning ideas, overwhelm and scattered information into practical systems for your work, your business, your content, your organization and your everyday life.

Helping ADHD & neurodivergent women learn, build & grow with AI

You're Not Alone

We Know What's Getting in the Way

The systems around you were built for a different brain. Not yours. Here's what we hear most from women like you.

The bandwidth gap

You know what you want to make. The hard part isn't the thinking. It's getting it out of your head and into something usable, more than once, without the whole thing depending on a good day.

AI that feels built for someone else

You open the tool, the blank box stares back, and six directions open at once. That's not a you problem. Most AI training assumes you think in a straight line, and quietly skips the part where you decide what to ask for.

Systems that don't stick

You've set up the planner, the app, the folder structure. It works beautifully for eleven days. Then the week changes shape and the system doesn't move with you.

Tools instead of a way of working

Saved prompts. Open tabs. Screenshots of clever threads you meant to come back to. Collecting tools isn't the same as having a way to work, and no one ever taught you the difference.

None of this means you're behind. It means you've been handed tools designed around someone else's brain, and then asked why they didn't fit.

Why NeuroHer AI™ Exists

Women have always been here.
We just haven't always been seen.

For years, ADHD, autism and other forms of neurodivergence were largely recognised through patterns that didn't fully reflect how they can present in women.

So many women learned to compensate, mask, overprepare and keep going, sometimes for years, before understanding why systems that seemed to work for everyone else never quite worked for them.

That history matters here, because NeuroHer AI™ shouldn't become one more system asking women to adapt themselves to the system. It starts somewhere different.

The technology should learn to work with you.

~4 years later
ADHD identification & treatment

A Swedish population register study of 85,330 people with ADHD found females reached their first ADHD diagnosis or medication at an average age of 23.5, compared with 19.6 for males.

Skoglund et al., 2024

~5 year gap
Neurodevelopmental diagnosis

Clinical population data from 30 diagnosing teams across Scotland found females were diagnosed at a median age of 20.2, compared with 15.2 for males, around a five-year delay.

Maciver et al., 2026

More camouflaging
Autistic females vs. males

A meta-analytic review across 15 studies found autistic females consistently show higher levels of camouflaging (masking, compensating, assimilating) than autistic males.

Cancino-Barros et al., 2025

The research is catching up to what many women have lived for years. None of this is a diagnosis and none of it is a promise. It's simply the reason this was built the way it was.

About NeuroHer AI™

Designed Around You.

NeuroHer AI™ is Glamtechy's AI learning and implementation experience for neurodivergent women: a place to learn how to use AI in ways that work with how you think, create, organize and build.

We simplify the technology, teach practical frameworks, and help you turn what you learn into systems you can actually use in your work, your business and your everyday life. It rests on three things that only work together.

01 · Education

Taught for your brain

Short, concrete lessons with the context included, not a firehose of tools and a wish of luck. You learn what AI is actually doing, so you can direct it instead of guessing.

02 · Implementation

You leave with the thing

Every stage is built around making something real and reusable: a workflow, a system, a way of handling the task that keeps eating your week.

03 · Community

A room, not an inbox

Somewhere to ask the question again, show the half-built thing, and figure out what works for your brain with women who don't need it explained.

The Shift

Learn. Build. Grow.

Not everyone arrives here wanting to monetize AI. Some want to work differently, organize their ideas, create, run a business with less friction, or finally build the thing they've been carrying around. There's room for all of it, and this is what changes along the way.

The Community

You don't just get a program.
You get a room.

A room where you don't have to explain why traditional productivity systems never stuck.

Where asking the question again isn't embarrassing. Where having 17 ideas at once isn't something you need to apologize for. Where you can learn AI, experiment, build, ask questions and figure out what actually works for your brain.

NeuroHer AI™ brings neurodivergent women together to learn alongside each other, not perform alongside each other.

Because sometimes what you need isn't another course to finish. You need a place where you can belong while you build.

  • Live build sessions: body-doubling for the way your focus actually works
  • A room of neurodivergent women who get it, without the explaining
  • Templates, prompts and system kits you can take and adapt
  • Hot seats and workflow teardowns: real work, looked at together
  • Early access to NeuroHer AI™ workshops, events and new releases

The Woman Behind This

Built by Someone Who
Lives it daily.

I spent more than a decade in technology and building, solving other people's hardest problems. I was good at it. I was also quietly exhausted by it, and I couldn't have told you why.

What I didn't know then was that for years I'd been masking: showing up in spaces that weren't built for my brain, performing a version of myself that could function in rooms designed for everyone else. It wasn't until my mid-thirties that I got a late diagnosis. AuDHD. And suddenly everything made sense.

The burnout. The overperforming. The feeling of being brilliant in private and exhausted in public. The decade-plus of engineering experience I'd quietly built while wondering why everything felt harder for me than it seemed to for everyone else.

That diagnosis didn't break me. It freed me.

I built NeuroHer AI™ because I kept seeing women like me: neurodivergent professional women who were masking, overworking, and failing to thrive in systems never designed for their minds. Underserved. Underseen. Sitting on expertise and ideas they couldn't get out of their heads consistently.

Your brain is not the problem. It is the superpower. NeuroHer AI™ is where we learn to use it.

Is This You?

Is NeuroHer AI™ for you?

You might have found your room if you're a neurodivergent woman who…

  • Has ideas, goals or expertise, but getting them out of your head and into a usable system can feel harder than it should.
  • Knows AI could make work, business or everyday life easier, but hasn't found a way to use it that actually sticks.
  • Is tired of collecting tools, prompts and productivity systems that weren't built for the way you think.
  • Wants practical, hands-on ways to use AI instead of another pile of information to figure out alone.
  • Learns better when you can ask questions, experiment, revisit things and build at your own pace.
  • Wants to be around other neurodivergent women who get it, without constantly having to explain yourself or keep up.

You don't need to become better at working like everyone else.
You need tools, systems and a place to learn that work with the way you think.

Questions

Before you decide

Do I need a formal diagnosis to be here?

No. NeuroHer AI™ is built for ADHD, autistic, AuDHD and otherwise neurodivergent women: diagnosed, self-identified, still figuring it out, or somewhere in between. Nobody's checking paperwork at the door.

I'm not technical. Is this going to be over my head?

Foundations assumes no technical background at all. The whole point is to explain what AI is doing in plain language, so you can direct it instead of guessing, and you can go as slowly through that as you need to.

What happens if I fall behind?

Live sessions have replays, and the material stays available to you. This is built for unpredictable weeks. Falling behind is expected, not penalized, and there's no cohort-wide pace you have to keep up with.

Do I need a business for this to be worth it?

No. Some women here are building businesses. Others are using AI for their job, their writing, their organizing, their ideas or their everyday life. The systems are the same. What you point them at is up to you.

Will this teach me every AI tool out there?

No, and that's deliberate. Tools change constantly; a way of working doesn't. You'll learn a handful of tools deeply enough to be useful, and a way of thinking that transfers to whatever comes next.

I'm interested but I'm not ready to commit. What now?

There are three doors, not one. Join the email list for practical guidance and resources at no cost, or come into the community on its own if you want the room before the structured pathway. You can move up whenever the timing is actually yours.
